Debbie Murphy has twenty years experience listing and selling homes
throughout Vancouver and Richmond. She has worked with the group from

Throughout Debbie's career, she has attained her Agent 9.15 license and has been an active member of the Real Estate Board serving as a divisional director holding the positions of Vice President and Treasurer.

Miles Timmis has lived and worked in Richmond for the past 21 years. He
was licensed in 1991 and at that time began working with Block Brothers
Realty. Miles has a Sales & Marketing degree and has sold and managed
new custom home projects for Parklane Homes, Pentium Homes, Townline
Homes & Epic Homes.
He is a member of the MLS Medallion Club, has extensive experience working with builders and sub-contractors.

John Gilder is the Business Coordinator on the Murphy-Timmis Team. He
makes sure that Debbie & Miles business runs like a well-oiled machine.
John oversees the administration of the business, the website, marketing,
and other activities that leave Debbie & Miles free to focus on their clients.
